WORST LANDLORDS EVER! Left my mum without electric for over 3 days, no pick up on the emergency phone number, no one came out to her, she was just ignored despite calling texting and leaving messages. They didn't follow their own contract and didn't repair it within the 24 hours promised in the contract. AVOID AT ALL COST especially if you have young children because if anything goes wrong with the house, there not going to be there to fix it!! Worse thing was they lied about it afterwards didn't accept they had any responsibility and pretended they had texted her and called her. Just point blank lairs to your face. Such a dodgy dodgy company. Will do anything to avoid the cost of repairs people. All that, without even touching on poor state of the house and the lack of carpets and work to be done on the house they promised and never did. Such a bad bad customer service on the phone laughing at you and making jokes. I think they must all the on drugs or something, like a money landing is happening in the background. SO UNTRUSTWORTHY its unreal.
